Why do conservatives make claim that we have the best health care system in the world when?

I am your friend here however Cuba is bad, bad example. They skewer the results with terminating any at risk pregnancy. Doctors and parents in the US often decide to give life a chance.

As reported by Cuba. I'm sure you don't see the problem there but most people do. Who knows what they are really reporting? Cuba isn't know for accurately reporting conditions there.

Those rankings are from the WHO, which has a vested interest in forcing universal health care on people. Part of the rating system includes whther or not you have universal health care in place. Rather a flawed and silly method of rating, isn't it?

You need to look at how the data is collected. There is a difference that makes cuba look better than it actually is. It is apples and oranges.

If you actually understood how the USA reports infant mortality compared to most of the rest of the world you wouldn't even ask. In the USA any baby born alive that dies is counted, even if only minutes after the birth. Most counties don't count them, sometimes for days after and consider those still births. the USA also attempt far more premature births at earlier stages than anyone else and if those babies are born alive they go into the number as well..

Our NHS is one of worse health services in the world, it is top heavy too many managers and there are about 73 quangos in the health service draining money from front line services. budget is 100 billion plus I would say about 50 - 60 % on wages.

if you want to use a misleading statistic use the life expectancy. more people will believe that one, although we have the highest out of the industrialized nations when adjusted for fatal accidents.

or just use the whole w.h.o. study, although it gives points for fairness and uses both statistics above as well.
