help! I need a diet plan!?

I am trying to lose weight by May of this year n i am going to start working-out,but i don't know wat too feed on while i am losing weight.Like i eat lunch at school i don't want to take something that stinks or that is too heavy n that those not need to be in refrigeration,also can it be a 5 day plan! Thz for all your help!!! :D

    find a notebook and keep it for a journal trust me you'll need it!

    when i was in high school i didn't count calories use anykind of supplement or anything because I didn't know anything about it and it seemed overwhelming so I hope i can help you the way i needed help :D yeah, this is going to be a long post I'm sorry.

    first weigh yourself and write in your notebook or whatever

    Start weight - xxxIbs.

    Current weight - xxxIbs. start weight and current will be the same obviously.

    and choose a

    Goal weight - xxxIbs.

    some people say measure yourself its more accurate and it is. your weight is very subjective and people get discouraged when they see a 3Ib weight gain that is really nothing. I like it though because it is easier. Oh and remember that if you start to gain a little weight It can be good! the more muscle you get the better and I dont mean you'll look like a guy or a body builder. your body works in very odd ways. More muscle = less fat.

    a misconception i had was that I didn't like my hips and thighs so I thought id focus on my legs and lower body makes sense right? well your body is one cohesive unit target weight loss doesn't exist and will only discourage you. work on your whole body arms back shoulders legs everything.

    this is my suggestion.

    if you have money save it up and get multi vitamins they will help your heart and other stuff and blahblahblah. I take them because they boost my metabolism and make my skin bettter. Also I reccomend getting a small thing of whey protien. If you have never tried it im telling you now you wont love it. its not discusting though, its like drinking sand that has no taste mixed into water. after the first week its really not bad and drink it after your workouts it feeds your muscles which helps burn fat.

    you can get cheaper vitamins if you dont get them from GNC but if you go there and you have questions they can awnser all your questions and then you can find the same thing somewhere else cheaper

    okay so this is what I have been doing because I have been wanting to loose weight fast too.

    1200 calories at the most per day.

    carry around a waterbottle all day and keep a gallon of water next to your bed

    exersize on a treadmill or run outside or an eliptical or dance to music 1 hour or an hour and a half every day

    eat a small snack in between this will also help your motabolism work well

    write down what meals you eat and how many calories they are. Breakfeast is the MOST IMPORTANT and remember that skipping a meal is like the same as eating a cheesburger meal from burger king.

    as for what to eat I suggest a combination of the same foods believe it or not it makes it easier to stay on track and less of a hassle after a while.

    and when you see something like poptarts or a really sugary cereal it may not have a lot of carbs but the sugar is what gets turned into fat basically.

    foods like cheerios, other cereals, grapes, apples, chicken, rice, jello cups, pudding cups, bananas, beans, dried fruits mixed with nuts, beans, waterwatermorewater, hamburger meat, eggs (mind the fat content though), and at walmart there are these little bags of vegetables with cheese sauce I get TONS of them cause theyre great for you and they are really easy to make they steam themselves when you throw them in the microwave for 5 min.

    as for the school lunch i say peanut butter sandwiches they are alot of calories which is good for lunch and dont forget to count the calories per serving and such when you make them. or bring cereal and go get a carton of whatever milk they have its better to eat 10 extra calories than to not eat at all. also add jello cups or an appel or whatever stuffs like that.

    set goal weights.

    I have 3 goal wieghts so it doesn't seem to impossible to reach.

    Goal weight 1: 130

    Goal weight 2: 120

    Ultimate Goal weight 3: 115

    also set a goal amount of pounds to loose per week. it'll get you closer to that halfway goal.

    so pretty much this is a day:

    if you have a scale you could weigh yourself in the morning before you eat.and record it.

    breakfeast: 1 scoop of oatmeal w/sweetner 70 egg 70 + multivitamins

    s: a puddin cup 60 calories

    lunch: a peanut butter and jelly sandwich 480 calories

    s: a jello cup 60 calories

    dinner: broccoli and cheese 180 w/ 1 baked chicken breast 180

    intake: 1100 calories (after workout 1 scoop of whey protien)

    output: danced for an hour to music or ran for an hour on
