are the dove hair care ads popping up all over your screen?

its pissing me off, they aren't even pop ups, they are just jumping all over the screen... or is it just me?

    Yes and if I click it off it comes right back. These adds on my computer makes me angry. I pay for my computer and my cable. What right do they have to intrude? I won't buy their products for sure.
