my fiance is 33, and suffers from alcoholism. he was a former drug user but put that part of his life away many years ago. he just swapped it out for the alcohol. when he doesn't drink, he is wonderful. when he does, even as little as a couple of beers, he becomes angry, violent, and completely unapproachable. he has never hurt me, but his throwing things, breaking furniture, putting fists through walls, i would be stupid to assume it could never happen. the laws in Louisiana say that someone can be forced into rehab in short, if they are homeless and without means. he has means. in fact he has millions and a sense of entitlement to go with it. what can i do? i love him, this isn't the real him, this has only happened in the last few years. his family fears him. i am beginning to fear him because i have to walk on eggshells when he has anything to drink. he refuses to admit he has a problem thereby refusing rehab. can i force him? i am ok with the fact that he may leave me if i try. at this point, anything is better than this.

i just got off the phone with a debt collector from columbia house music club. an account from 2003 that i did not authorize was the topic of conversation, aside from me disputing the claim, should it still be listed? does it just "go away'? how does that work?

i was polite and respectful because the question was polite and respectful and now im blocked from viewing it... what exactly is the problem?

or do you think they are mostly teenagers trying to get a rise out of people? we all know how many people pretend to be other races for entertainments sake (and they ARE kind of funny sometimes...)

anyway, i was just thinking, i bet 1 in 10 are just messing around. opinions?

my fiance has a fair credit score and mine is unmentionable. when applying for our first home loan, would it be better for him to apply by himself or file together with a joint income?

i have heard of the age old dream of being naked in public, but topless? lol every few days i dream i am doing normal things like picking up my niece from gymnastics or grocery shopping or going to work and i look down and im not wearing anything from the waist up, then i scramble around looking for a cover and hope no one notices.... last night i dreamed i was topless at a restaurant and i found a shirt on the ground, put it on and then was accused of stealing it from a bum and had to give it back, there i was, topless again... does anyone believe in dream decoding? or have one of those dream dictionarys? what does it mean?

im watching insider right now and im so grossed out. WHY?!! why do that with someone so gross? why eat crusty burritos when you have prime rib at home? men? women? anyone with opinion on this one?

its pissing me off, they aren't even pop ups, they are just jumping all over the screen... or is it just me?

my fiance and i are ready to start having a family after we get married this fall. he says that he comes from a long line of males (and it is true, only one girl has been born in 40 years on his side of the family. now i know it seems silly but i want a little girl, at least one! bring on the boys but i want a daughter. are statistics like this going to be a factor when we start trying to have children?

i don't mean "pizza", i mean when you think of homemade meals, soul food, or going to your grandparents for the holidays or something, what is your favorite meal?

they ask the question "are you living with or have you ever lived with your fiance?" could they reject me? my fiance and i have been living together 6 months. i am worried the church could reject us for this. it is a baptist church. im already prepared to pay an arm and a leg for the service to be held there. is this a normal thing to ask? should i be worried or lie about our living arrangement?

i use them for my business cards and i have been very happy with their service. im looking to cut cost on wedding invitations because although pretty... let's face it, most people leave them on a desk or icebox until they throw them away. i just don't see paying several hundreds of dollars for them. but i also don't want them to look cheap... has anyone used them for invites?

what are you trying to do here? then my answer that calls you a moron and part of the problem gets deleted? where is the justice in that?

looking to go next summer, ive browsed the new zealand website and seen beautiful pictures but i am not familiar with the country and its destinations. i love the beach, my boyfriend loves the mountains, lol we shouldnt be hard to please...anyone

my mothers middle name was ellen, she passed away 2 years ago from breast cancer. mom hated her middle name, but before she died, we talked about some things that i knew i would want her opinion on later down the road. i asked her about my future babys names. if i had a girl and if i were to put an a on the end of ellen and call her ellena, did she like that? she loved it. so i was sold on the name. i mentioned the name to my boyfriend and he laughed and said oh god that sounds like a hoe name. when i explained to him the meaning to me, he felt terrible and said he was really sorry. it got me thinking though, DOES it sound cheap to someone who doesn't know the reason behind it?

its at least 7 or 8 times a day for 5 days now. born just berfore thanksgiving, she is growing like a weed so we put her on adult dog food. could this be it? is it worms? she lives indoors and she is ruining every floor in the house, ive tried puppy pads and treats for going outside and nothing works, i have a westie and she lives inside and this never was an issue. is this something i should be worried about? what can i do? someone told me to feed her rice cooked in beef broth to sooth her little tummy, im at a real loss here

just noticed a guy at circle k trying to trade 10 bucks worth of food stamps for 5 dollars cash.. ratty clothes, needs a shower, yet has what looks to be thousands of dollars of ugly golden teeth in his mouth... priorities?
