Was that the exact wording of the question? I did a site search to have a look at the question and your answer to it and there was two links to questions asked April 27 with that exact wording. Both had been deleted.
The person who asked the question blocked you and it doesn't necessarily have to be because of your answer. It could be a troll that didn't like what you had to say, but it can also be someone that has seen another answer or question of yours that they didn't like and decided to block you because of that.

You answered a troll question in a polite and respectful way, a troll's entire goal is to get people mad.
