Can I sue a company for providing an english-only test?

Question

A relative of mine was taking a national test for a practicing license back in 2007.  Back then, the test was only in English but their accommodation was an extra 90 minutes and allowing a translation dictionary. 

In 2009, that accommodation was taken away and a Spanish version test was offered.  As of now, there is the English and Spanish test. My relative is neither a native English or Spanish speaker.  

My question is this; is there a law that prohibits the accommodation of just one minority language? Would/could it be considered discrimination of language?

Ummm.... The first and obvious question I have is why would you expect someone to come to this nation looking for licensing in a particular field and not speak fluent English ?
After all, it is at least the unofficial language of the land. Especially if you will be conducting business or requiring a license to do special work.
But good luck on the accomodation for other languages, since there isn't enough of a push for mulltiple languages...namely because we as a country have been so flooded and inundated with spanish speakers that our government has seemingly given up or just don't have the balls to make English officially the language. There just aren't enough russians, germans, french, etc to make it worth thier while since they aren't much of a voting block the politicians have to appease.

No you can not sue. You can however learn english or spanish. Your choice. No such thing as language discrimination.

They should throw out the non English test, and tell people learn English or piss off.
