what scopes are made in usa .?

I am going to give you a list of scopes that claim to be made in the U.S. But take it with a grain of salt. I have found that in some instances the box was stamped made in the U.S.A. And it was - just the box, not the scope inside of the box. and because some scopes are assembled in the U.S.A. they claim to be made in the USA. We have no truth in advertising laws that are enforced anymore.

Usually Leupold scopes are made in the USA and they are typically affordable and good quality. If you want the best though consider Swarovski or Zeiss optics (they are undeniably the best in the world).

Unertl is the very best U.S made scope, especially for longer range shooting. I've used them under the original name, and have great hopes for the rebirth of this fine, grand old U. S. Scope company. Google their history...you'll be impressed.
