Could this be Golfers "Elbow?"?
Okay so I don't actually play golf and never have but....
At the moment whenever I hold my arm out a bit and turn my wrist I have pain in the back of my lower arm/forearm. Could this possibly be some form of golfers elbow?
It's been going on for about 3/4 days now and I know I haven't done anything to actually injure my lower arm in any way the pain just started out of no where. Its in my right arm and its kind of annoying because it hurts any time i turn my arm around to test my babies bottle on my wrist - shake her bottle when i put the formula in etc, things I do many times a day.

Generically, yes, you could probably call it golfers elbow. Technically golfers elbow refers to an overuse/injury to the complex of muscles/tendons that converge at the medial epicondyle (the inside of the elbow, not so much the back). In either case, it sounds like you have some type of musculoskeletal elbow disorder...for now, I'd say gently move it several times a day...if not better in about a week, I'd recommend seeing a PT or OT who specializes in hand therapy.

You could check with the 24 hour nurse hotline. They have registered nurses available to answer questions like this anonymously. The number is 1-877-825-5276. Good luck.
