2007 Acura RDX vs New Toyota RAV4?
I am currently in the process of buying a car. I have found two cars in my area that i am very interested in; a 2010 RAV4 and a 2007 Acura RDX. The RDX is unbelievably loaded, it has everything including backup camera, navigation, and leather seats. The RAV4 has leather seats, but no navigation or extras and costs 5,000-10,000 dollars more. The dealer (whom i know well and trust) offered to sell me the Acura for 23,500. What should i buy? Things i am concerned about are premium fuel and gas mileage. The car is for my 16 year old son, so insurance cost is a factor as well (i assume the RAV4 would cost more to insure comprehensively).

Hi. My 20 year old daughter presently owns a 2004 Rav4 and she loves it. I say this because it shows that its a well made car. We haven't had to do anything to it in the two years that she has had it. I would opt for the 2010 Rav4 because of the warranty that you will have. The 2007 RDX's warranty will run out soon and if anything happens to it your bills to repair it will be high. I also think that the Acura might be too flashy for a 16yr old. It might draw too much attention to him.
