A long time ago on Christmas Eve, the senate passed health-care reform. But that doesn't really matter, since the House has to pass it as well before Obama can sign it into law. Of course, the issue is that not only is Obama unable to get bipartisan support (meaning only one party supports it), he can't even get a PARTISAN majority. That's why you always here about Cornhusker Kickbacks and all that crap; even the democrats don't support it.
So, of course, the left's come up with this method where the House votes on changes to the bill, and the senate version is 'deemed' to have passed. This gives the liberals several unfair advantages:
