    57. Then what were the other two of whom Trinitarians speak? One was a voice from heaven; the other was the Spirit of God in the form of a dove. Matthew 3:16-17.

    58. What did the voice say at Jesus' baptism? "Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." Mark 1:11. As the Son of God, Jesus was the one God incarnate.

    59. Does the Bible say that God shed His blood and that God laid down His life for us? Yes. Acts 20:28; I John 3:16. God was able to do this because He had taken upon Himself a human body.

    60. The Bible says that God is coming back with all his saints (Zechariah 14:5) and also that Jesus is coming back with all his saints (I Thessalonians 3:13). Are two coming back? No. Only one is coming back--our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ. Titus 2:13.

That Jesus is divine is evident from verses like Colossians 2:19 ("For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily."), 1 Timothy 3:16 ("God was manifest in the flesh"), and Revelation 1:8, 11 and 22:13 with Isaiah 44:6 (Jesus said, "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty" and "I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last"; Jehovah said, "I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.")

The problem with most teaching on the deity of Jesus Christ is that people interpret it through the "lens" of Trinitarianism. All of these Scriptures prove the deity of Christ; however, none of them prove the trinity. Unlike man, God is everywhere-present, all-knowing, and all-powerful; hence, He is able to maintain a divine existence and a distinct human existence and yet still remain indivisibly and absolutely One (Deuteronomy 4:6). "With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26).

To sum it up, God the Father is the only true God (John 17:1, 3), and Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is God the Father, the only true God, manifest in the flesh (1 Timothy 3:16). To further expound on this point, the Holy Spirit is not another "person" in an alleged "trinity," but rather is the Spirit of God the Father, the only true God (Matthew 10:20). The Spirit of God is no more a distinct "person" than is the spirit of man.

Many verses support the Jesus' divinity, whether John 1:1 and John 1:14, John 8:58 and John 18:5, Revelation 22:13, Hebrews 1:10, John 10:11. Of course that's not to say it's a simple situation like 3 pie slices.

If there was any scripture to show Jesus is God with a capital 'G' it would not be one translated from the original hebrew and greek scriptures and non bias. History has shown what king James' purpose was when he translated the bible. It's not the most reliable copy.

In his copies if you read in the footnotes and margins of his translations he does go on to explain certain things. this for example is one of them. When you see the word LORD in all caps this shows that it's referring the Almighty God Jehovah. Capital 'L' and small ord means it is referring to Jesus. The word Lord is a title and is not a proper noun. Just as the title God/god is just a noun but Jehovah is the name/proper noun of the one who created heaven and earth and even Jesus. this is why Jesus is called the first born of all creation and also the only begotten son of God. We know God says “I am the Alpha and the Omega, . . . the One who is and who was and who is coming, the Almighty.” (Revelation 1:8)

The way scriptures are translated in the King James version and many others, confuses many people. But if we would diligently study Gods word and ask for his spirit to help us understand then we would no longer be confused and led astray.

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

There are many such passages, for instance :

"And Thomas answered and said unto him, My LORD and my God. Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed." - John 20:28-29

The Bible says that Jesus is both the Son of God and God in the flesh, i.e. the trinity is true. You can't reject Jesus as the Son of God without denying God the Father aswell :

"Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also." - 1 John 2:23

Nothing in the Hebrew Bible (like Isaiah), Jesus wasn't around then. That's like Muslims saying how the New Testament proves Islam true.

1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
