Is this pretty healthy?

This is what I basically ate today.

Breakfast:Piece of whole wheat toast.

Lunch. Little slices of peaches and a turkey cheese sandwich with come bell pepper slices on it.

Snacks. Here we go...100 calorie pack of popcorn, two kiwi's, apple.

And Dinner: One of those Healthy Choices meals which came to about 260 calories.

So...yeah?

    Well, of course that's healthy! But all of the health things are saying to spread your eating out... also, make sure you're getting the whole pyramid and most vitamins and minerals. But try to have about 6-8 meals a day, obviously in moderation, and healthy! You're on your way!

    you should eat a larger breakfast so you dont feel the need to snack so much during the day.

    You should eat a protein for breakfast. Try eating some scrambled eggs with cheese on 2 pieces of whole wheat toast like a sandwich.

    That is a very good diet. Although, I suggest you stay away from cheese if you wanna watch your calories. Also, if the popcorn was buttery, try it without butter. It still tastes good and can be one of the most healthiest things.

    Sounds good but why dont you make ur own healthy meal instead of buying a processed one because the nutrition facts may look good, but the ingredients might not be.

    since your eating this little you obviously not exsercising that much. ( its better to take 500 calories more a day and burn 500 calories more a day. your heart will become much stronger. and also remember to lift wiehgts so you will become strong.
