My YouTube account was suspended. Do I have a claim here?

I received an email from YouTube that said my account was suspended because of a Mario Paint Composer video that was claimed by Cass Country Music. It was simply a rendition of "Hotel California" which wasn't terribly accurate, and wasn't even full length. What's the deal here?!

Update:

btw, I don't think any Mario Paint video has been taken down for terms of use before. It's basically like a cover of the song, my own version. It wasn't even the full song anyway. And I've already made a new account, but I'd like to just know if this is a legitimate reason to suspend an account.

well i guess you are gonna have to make a new account, according to youtube you cant copy someone elses material or video, unless you edit the video and post it for informational purposes, or criticism.
