Missing a week of P90x?

I am having to miss this week of P90x due to illness. I am on week #3. Should I just repeat the week or start over again?

    You can choose either way and I do not think it will make that big of a difference. If I were in you shoes, I would probably just do week 3 not start over. That will give you a chance to push yourself for one week and then you will go into your “rest” week. You will have 9 more weeks to complete. Once you finish, I am sure you will still see results. Just remember to put the week behind you and focus on finishing the program.

    you would be ok :) can i ask you , is the knee harm results of P90X ? i could in all danger avert the plyometric section till your knee is carefully healed . i like P90X however the plyometric section has diverse quantity and a sprint too plenty imo . One week off will no longer kill you as long as you keep your weight-alleviation plan in examine . sturdy luck :)
