What does this hand gesture mean?

its a game, you have to make that hand symbol bellow a persons chin and your not allowed to put it exactly where they were looking and if they look at it you can punch them in the arm and they cant hit you back or protest. Its fun!

oh also if they try to "break it" as in make your pointer finger and thumb stop touching and they succeed they get to hit you but if they fail you get to hit them

From the picture I cant see if its a moving gesture but if another guy did that to me I would think he was calling me a tosser. Otherwise, it could be a stange play on the sign for OK I guess.

If someone looks at your hand directly when you have your hand like that you get to punch them in the arm.

In America, it usually means Okay

three as in like threesome. the "O" created by the thimb and index... well you can figure that out. the rest of the fingers are the numbber of people.

My guess is they are indicating the size of their member...it appears they think it is miniscule

in britain it means you are a w/?|\r or go toss you/re self off.
