If you get in a car accident and have thc in your system?
I'm 16 and my dad says I can't smoke weed or I can't drive. He says that if I ever got in a car accident even if it wasn't my fault, and they drug tested me and thc was in my system, even if I wasn't high at the time, they would charge me much more intensely. I'm not sure he's right, but I want to know
Can anyone tell me what exactly would happen?
Thanks
Nik

He is exactly right. If you are in an accident and the officers suspect drugs or alcohol was involved, you could be tested. If you have traces of either in your system, you become the party at fault, or at least more culpable that if you were clean.
