Is this healthy for today?

Breakfast: Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with milk. Two pieces of toast.

Lunch: Some slices of Jicama. Turkey Cheese sandwich on whole wheat.

Snacks. 100 calorie bag of popcorn. Just ONE little Chocolate Peanut Butter Bear. About 60 calories.

I plan to eat some Garlic and Olive Oil Vermicelli pasta for dinner. And I plan to run for about 20 minutes straight..

So, yeah?

    Id say thats great. Now many people including my self have a hard time fitting in the VEGETABLES in their lives you need veggies trust me and fruit as well they provide many vitamins minerals antioxidants that help promote good health and you will feel a difference. But otherwise your off to a great start if your trying to eat healthy and if you going to be exercising protein is good for that helps rebuild muscle things like chicken, MILK and beef provide enough for many people :)

    I believe that is a really healthy diet. The only thing I would change is adding some fruits and vegetables somewhere in there. Keep up the good work!
