Safe ways to raise my blood pressure?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant, and my blood pressure is way too low. I've been feeling lightheaded and dizzy for the past week, and went to see the urgent care doctor yesterday. When they took my BP, it was 80/60. An hour and a half later, it was 90/59. The doctor concluded that the low BP was because of dehydration, but I still feel ucky today. What are some safe ways to raise my blood pressure without presenting harm to my baby?

Update:

I've got an appointment with my OB in three weeks, and I'm on the short list if they have a cancellation.

Update 2:

And I've been drinking fluids like there's no tomorrow.

    drink more fluids,

you should be followed by your obgyn, if your bp gets to high that is also very dangerous to the fetus and could lead to a condiition called preeclampsia which is precursor to other problems

you need great prenatal care; see your ob
