Stuffy Nose won't go away!!?
Okay. I am 14 and I have had a stuffed up nose for like a month now. Its REALLY bothering me. I don't really know if its mucus or my sinuses are swollen. But I spray some Nasal Spray up both my nostrils EVERYDAY because it seems like the only thing to get rid of it. I have tried steam, Vick's, and them mixed together. What do I do? Why won't it go away? Any ideas on how to cure it. Please help me! Thanks!!

a stuffy nose is caused by bacteria build up in your sinus creating mucus and pressure in your head. the best way is to rinse out your nose with a betti neti pot. its a very simple process with NO side effects besides breathing clearly haha.
dont use plastic ones though because the chemicals in the plastic eventually break down and cause more problems. go with ceramic made netis. i have a betti pot and it works wonders. feel better!

I was severely stuffy at 24 weeks, and got bloody noses on a regular basis. I have read that a lot of times it doesn't go away until after you have the baby. But I am at 35 weeks now and in the past couple of weeks the stuffiness has subsided, and the blood noses have completely gone away! If it gets too bad I believe that you are aloud to use a saline spray.
