Difficulty: Moderately EasyInstructionsThings You'll Need:
Black seed oil
Step 1For external application, the skin should be clean and dry. Apply a generous amount of black seed oil to the affected areas.
Step 2Gently rub the black seed oil into the areas of the body affected by psoriasis until it is absorbed. The oil should be left on the skin for a minimum of three hours. For best results, apply black seed oil before bedtime and leave on overnight.
Step 3Remove the black seed oil when desired using mild soap and water. Do not scrub or use abrasive cleaners to remove the oil. For most effective treatment, black seed oil should be applied daily.
Step 4For the internal treatment of psoriasis, take 1 tsp. (5ml) of black seed oil three times a day. Mix the black seed oil with a beverage or honey to avoid irritation of the digestive system.
Step 5Combine the external and internal treatments daily for optimal results

I had a 13 year history of psoriasis, though I was in good health otherwise. But these severe large, thick and scaly excoriated plaques on my neck, ears, trunk and limbs ruined the way I was leading my life. I would be with red, inflamed itchy skin for most part of the year and these silvery scales would seem to be erupting without any reason. To make matters worse, blisters would appear over already red and itching skin. It was living hell.
I was treated with various options but nothing seemed to be working. Some of the treatments that I underwent in this depressing period of 13 years included tar preparation, tropical steroids and anthralin. I was also given light therapy many times but everything I tried would give me temporary relief.
And soon, after a few days I would be plagued with the situation again. In one of those moments when I was completely lost I stumbled upon this website just by chance. I read it and felt that as if someone had put the story my life on this web page. I was thoroughly convinced that if ANYONE can cure me of condition, it would be you.
And was I right, or what. I started recovering within 3 days of starting this treatment. Something that had become a painful part of me for 13 years was actually getting healed! My ears are healed and my neck is smooth again!. I am a month into the treatment and I have never felt better in my life!

Cure psoriasis starting today - even if your doctor or dermatologist says "it's impossible!"
I've just followed a guide called psoriasis free for life that completely cured me of this debilitating and embarrassing disease in less than a month!
Remember, this will not only treat the symptoms that you do see:
the red, inflamed itchy skin.
The silvery scales that seem to erupt for no reason.
The burning or bleeding that occurs around your joints.
The cracking, oozing and painful patches on your skin.
But it also treats the underlying cause of psoriasis - the part you don't see - the actual immune system deficiency that causes these itchy patches to appear and scale over.

You can definitely get back your life, your confidence and your self esteem!

I heard there's no cure..
but there ARE "temporary reliefs"
It will hopefully go away on it's own..
(depending on the severity)
and it varies in how much time that will take - for everyone..
Look at Psoriasis as a sort of "Dandruff" but on the skin.
I've tried everything.
These are the best things I've found to eliviate the itching:
1st: Use whatever cream your 'Doctor' or 'Psoriasis Clinic' has provided you with.
2. I was really itchy for a long, long while.
Wash with:
"T-gel 2 in 1 (with zinc) shampoo" it helps
a little bit because of the zinc. But you have
to dab with the towel afterwards, NOT dry-off
like regular or else it will increase the inflammed
areas.
3. I found A LOT of relief with this
HOME REMEDY: Baking Soda:
Using baking soda can effortlessly eliminate the itchiness.
Just dissolve 1/3 of baking soda in 1 gallon of water then
place a washcloth into the mixture. Squeeze the cloth and
put on the affected area. You may repeat this procedure
several times a day. ((So.. this only works if you STAY home.. cause you have to have the mixture with you to apply it daily.))
Also, you don't have to use a gallon.. Just use a container that can hold a decent amount of water & fill it 1/3 with Baking Soda.
4. If you use a cream that the doctor proscribes for her.. try putting that on First.. and then buy some "Band-Aid" brand, "Calamine Lotion Spray" (from Wal-greens or CVS pharmacy if you live in the US) & apply that over the cream. ((It will last for more then a few hours)).. while she might have some running around to do..
5. Try staying away from things that have "fat-free" or "diet" in them. They say that 'Aspartame' can possibly be one of the things that spark irritation on the skin, and therefore gives a psoriasis reaction. Aspartame is in anything like soda or like I said, fat-free stuff... and it's also in "powdered cocoa" and/or "Instant coffee" and I think even in some "Juices". So.. just try eliminating that from the foods she eats. It might help her a bit.
Personally, I believe everyone has a different reaction to different things.. because our bodies each have unique ph balances. What might work for some people, might not work for us. But I'm using anything that ppl. have mentioned (who HAVE it), rather then people who have never dealt with it.
Here's a link that might help:
