Where are male turtles' penises?

Turtles are surrounded by a shell, so where is it?

I know this sounds dumb, but my boyfriend wanted to know (and so do I).

    It's in the tail. This is why males have much bigger tails than females.

    It's inside. There is a small space at the back end of a turtle's shell where it come out.
