Basis of Key handing-over on completion of Building..?
Could anyone make me aware of the process and applicability in "Key handing over" after completion ready for occupancy by the construction contractor with respect to:
- Fixtures and fittings involved in the building.
- Interiors
- Landscaping including gate and boundary.
The agreed term being 'key handing over ready to occupy against square feet area basis, specific applicability may be made known.

If you are satisfied about the completion of Building and if the builder has received a Completion Certificate from the municipality then you may take possession.
