am i eating correctly?
im 17 years old. im about.. 170cm tall. and i weigh 65-67 kilos
i understand this is a healthy-ish weight and i do not think i am fat.
however i would like to know what changes i should make to my diet. so i can still lose weight (i would like to get down to 60 kilos) and have healthier skin and less cellulite.
here is what i normally eat in a day
breakfast:
2 peices of multigrain toast with processed cheese (with butter on the bread)
a cup of water
recess:
1 handful of banana chips (phillipines)
(once a week i change this to a chicken and cheese toasted sandwhich or a packet of salt and vinegar chips)
lunch:
2 handfuls of unsalted peanuts
or maggi chicken noodles
dinner:
1- 1 1/2 cup of cooked frozen vegetables
two to 3 times a week i have a 600ml brownes Mocha before work
i also aim for 600mls of water a day (not including the glass of water in the morning)
what can i eat to be healthier.
i live on my own and only have 20-30 dollars for shopping each week.
i hate fish and i love chicken
i need to know what excercises i should do to target the fat on my legs (top and lower) and the top of my arms.
id also like to know what the ideal weight is for a 17 year old girl who is of my height.
any tips on losing weight and getting healthy would be aweosme. thank you!

For breakfast, I recommend having skim milk instead of water, skipping the butter and cheese. Instead, add peanut butter with an apple or banana.
The banana chips are okay, but you'd be better off with the real thing or a granola bar.
For lunch, you'd be better off with a sandwich or pita with veggies and some kind of protein spread like peanut butter or hummus with a yogurt.
A mocha isn't that great. Grab some green tea. For dinner, try having a chicken breast and some brown rice or quinoa or whole grain noodles with your veggies.

If you have issues with weight do what I did - try acai berry. If you are desparate to lose weight its superfood qualities help plenty - but those same qualities additionally help those who are trying to bulk up. Fantastic!
