You will need to call for an appointment at a Regional Passport Agency. Hopefuly, you live near one. See 1st site below for locations and 2nd site for how to call for an appointment. If you cannot do this, your only other option is to use one of the privtae companies that will go for you and can get your passport in a few days for an extra fee. See 3rd site for a list.

Go to a passport office that will do this in one day. You will have to spend the day on this. No other way to get it this fast. And it will cost extra. Go to your grocery store first for the passport photos, cheaper.
