How do I keep my cat from pooping in my sock drawer?

Fix it!

Update:

the cat keeps finding a way through the padlock and opening the drawer.

Update 2:

The cat is a ginger with no soul whatsoever.

    Just leave the cat alone! Kiko-chan is a good kitty, and deserves to poop wherever she wants to.

    Can you not keep the drawer shut when you are not getting socks ? !

    Additionally a litter tray in the same room will provide your cat with an alternative to the drawer.

    Close your sock drawer!

    Get a dang litter box and put some cat litter in it :)

    It could be the litter you use. Or if you recently had a litter box where your sock drawer is now.

    Well learn to close the drawer. Cats can't get into it if you close it. Also close bed room door so cat can't get in.
