How healthy was what I ate today?
Was today healthy? Breakfast: bowl of Quaker oats oatmeal. Lunch: Subway flatbread sandwich (no sauce or anything, and with all veggies. Snacks: Half of a jicama. About a cup and a half of honey nut cheerios with no milk.(all dry!) A brown pear. Half a cup of carrots. Dinner: A small veggie burger with a small salad. (Lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers no ranch or anything. So, yeah? Also I plan to run for about 30 minutes.

Breakfast-Oatmeal is a great choice! I would add a side of fruit-mixed berries or an apple. You should also have some protein in the morning. Egg whites are a good choice. breakfast should contain 1/4 of your daily nutrients.
Lunch-That's a good choice, but you need protein in there.
Honey nut cheerios are quite high in the GI index and contain a lot of sugar. Try plain cheerios instead. The pear and carrots are good snack choices.
Dinner is good. Just make sure the burger is whole wheat.
Overall, you did okay but you ate too little. Add protein in every meal and stick a few more fruits in there. Drink plenty of water throughout the day as well.
hope that helps!
