i totally agree, my parents dragged me round there a couple of years ago and i just thought it was a complete waste of time. one piece of art was just a piece of material with a cut through it and i was just thinking "i did this when i was 2, how can it be called art?!?"

Damn! You've rumbled it! Yes, I am inclined to agree with you, especially when I see things like the carbuncular sculpture proposed for the 2012 Olympic site .... you know .... the tape-worm thing. Lack of talent seems no barrier.
