It's 2 CDs in one hard case, a card and envelope, and a plastic bubble envelope. I know it's based on weight, but I don't have a scale and the post office is closed. How many liberty stamps will I need to successfully mail this?

I've got a similar problem with this question. I've got a postal scale and a postal chart. However, I don't have your package.
What's the rush? Just wait until the PO opens and go have it weighed. They will tell you how much postage you need.
