A photo of a city is posted on my site...how can I find the source of the photo..?

Ex.. what site was it from ?

Update:

properties shows that it came from facebook...where did it come from before it was posted on facebook?

    LEFT-click on the photo to see the photo and its history/description. For example, the article Maple Grove, Minnesota has a photo named "Maplegrovech.jpg". If you left-click on the photo, it'll pull up a description. In this case, the photo was taken by William Wesen and originally uploaded to Wikipedia by a user named "Appraiser".

    So, there's your answer: William Wesen took the photo, and Appraiser uploaded it. At least that photo of the Maple Grove City Hall looks better than that awful photo of the Purcell-Cutts House.

    Sometimes the name used for the image on your site is the original name for the image. If it is you can google it and find it. Try Google Images in any event. You might get lucky.
