Need firing pin for a Springfield Jr. Model 50 22lr rifle?

Anyone know where i might be able to find a firing pin for a Springfield Jr Model 50. Its a 22lr bolt action single shot.It says springfield arms made in Chicopee Falls ,Mass. USA on it but ive read its not really made by Sringfield but more likely made by Stevens. I believe this gun is from the 1920s-1940s time period. Its all here but a firing pin.

I looked around gun broker for one, couldn't find one. You only option is to take it a gun smith and have him make one or fit one in for around 80 bucks. You might also want to consider buying one for a parts gun. I saw one or two on gun broker going for around 80 bucks. For 80 dollars I would rather have another rifle and a parts gun. Then to pay 80 and have only one working rifle.

I've had dilemmas in the past where I could not find a gun part. All I had to do was go to my local gun dealer, he took a look at the gun, took out his magazine, and ordered the part for me. I don't know to which time period they have parts for any gun but I'm sure you can get mostly ANY part for any gun. Good luck!
