How do you change spark plugs on a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport 4.0?

Do I have to take the tire off or how might I do this? Thanks

This web site says you can change them in about two hours. I have a Ford Escape so I too change my own plugs but you're right about the tire. Check out this site:

Maybe it would be best if you let a professional do it, shouldn't cost too much.
