I have one 3'x3' patch of tall fescue and other smaller patches that need to be killed to make my bermuda grass lawn look better. My neighbors have lawn services take care of their lawns, and most do not have this issue. So, I just need to know the secret to preventing and removing tall fescue from a bermuda grass lawn. I am tired of trying to pull up all of the tall fescue, because this seems like an endless process. I would prefer to use a treatment to solve the problem.

No one ever said Kimbo was the baddest man on the planet. He is a unique character in mixed martial arts, which is a great form of entertainment. Dan is such a jerk for writing this column. What are your thoughts on this defamation of Kimbo Slice? I mean, you can count his pro fights on one hand, and he has at least fought men with more experience than he. Just because he can sell tickets shouldn't mean you have to send him right away to fight a top 10 competitor. I hope Kimbo comes back and gets a few more wins. The jealousy of this guy is completely outrageous. It makes no sense for a journalist to be allowed to act so childish towards someone who just wants to fight to support his family, and takes advantage of the popularity he built up himself.

I received my paystub and it was short a week's pay. I looked at my bank account and nothing has been deposited. So, I have been paid nothing and my manager told me I have to wait 5 days before I can speak with someone in the payroll dept. I told her she should speak with them and I need the money in my account by 2pm Monday afternoon because of bills.

She shrugged her shoulders and walked off.

I know she is acting like a horrible manager, but is she breaking any laws or rules by not caring and not getting me paid for what looks like will be over a week late after I finally can get payroll involved. Money is tight right now and I need to pay some bills Monday to avoid late fees and credit problems.

What legal position do I have, if any?

The ring set is and antique which at one point had som cz stones put in it. I would like to get it re-tipped and set with real diamonds.

IFL, UFC, WEC, ETC ...

i am stylist in a non dept. salon environment. i really like both cutting & coloring hair, but now our manager wants us to be dept. so i would only do color.

im really frustrated at this point, and really dont even want to stick around to see how it will work out. so far its been just a mess as far is booking goes. its making our clients upset and i am really begining to think there is no benifit to this for the stylists, just the salon.

can anyone shed some light on this subject. if you are a stylist, what duration of time are you allowed to preform services? what happens when you have a new client and are seeing them for the first time and see that their down for a partial, but actually need all over color and highlights, and a condtioning treat.?(which will make them late to see the cutter) do you do it? or do you tell them youll do it next time?

if you visit a salon, do you prefer to see just one person for cut and color, or doest it matter to you?

Aside from surgery, what options do I have to rebuild these muscles and reshape my tummy?

I have been told to see a specialist, but I don't know what kind of specialist nor do I really have the funds so any help is greatly appreciated. thanks
