I am trying to make a thing so that when a user clicks on something, it atomatically records it, and saves it?

I am trying to make a thing so that when a user clicks on something, it atomatically records it, and saves it in a database that i can refer back to. How do I do that, mabey with MySQL? I am a begginer with NO database knowledge. ALso, I'm using Zymic

    Clicks on something? Like what? Where? You need to be more specific, because it sounds like you're trying to make an illegal spying program that records everything the unsuspecting user clicks..
