Parce que tu digères moins bien si tu manges beaucoup.
Tu vas te coucher, sans avoir éliminé les calories.
Tu stockes la nuit. Ce que tu manges le matin et le midi tu l'élimines dans la journée.
Les calories prises le soir comptent double.

because in the night, you dont move around as much, and you dont burn it off, it stays in your system, and turns into fat.
