Is the Forever 21 website trustworthy for purchasing items?

With Forever 21 being an actual store, honestly, I'd say you would be fine ordering from their website. I personally haven't ordered from their website, but I order things from Old Navy's website all the time. I haven't had any transaction problems yet, I have an Old Navy card that I use, I have used a credit card once before. Shipping usually takes anywhere from 3 - 7 days on average, can be longer depending on where you live and what day of the week you order due to the fact nothing is being shipped/processed on sundays. Just remember, give it 1 day for it to leave the warehouse and get shipped.

Forever 21 uses the same fulfillment company on the backend that 90% of corporate web stores use. Delivery will depend on what option you choose and where in the US you are located but is reliable. It took 4 days for standard delivery to northern california.
