I think it's fabulous!

This colour blue goes really well with blondes - I should know, I am one. And I think that if you wore it to a dressy occassion it would look amazing - just don't wear it somewhere where it'll be too much.

Also silver and blue is a definate contrast - go for it!!

i think its ok i guess for the occasion i personally love the color but i wouldnt wear tht style dress but i think its good for the occasion.
