Sharp pain when I cough or sneeze?
I am 9 1/2 weeks with twins and yesterday when I sneezed I got a huge pain all the way across my abdomen, near my uterus. It really took be back and took a few minutes to subside. I was good for the rest of the day with no issues or cramping. Today when I coughed hard after water went down the wrong way it happened again? I am just wondering if anyone can relate? I am pretty sure it is my ligaments stretching to fast but I am such a worry wart! Also did anyone else's nausea just go away one day? I was so sick the last few weeks I couldn't think of looking at food, but I woke up on Saturday and I felt so much better, is it to good to be true?

Well for the coughing i had that too, it is because your muscles are stretching for the baby and when you sneeze you add some pressure there, really nothing to worry about. The cramping will be on and off for the duration of your pregnancy. My midwife told me if it is milder then a menstrual cramp there is no need to worry. What I like to do about the cramping is i take a warm bath and it really helps.

I also get pains when I sneeze or cough. It almost feels like a pulling. As far as your symptoms I have had the same thing. I am 9 wks 4 days and my symptoms have really gone down. My breasts are not nearly as sore and although they have remained an increased size they don't seem to be getting any larger. It's worrisome I know! I go to hear the heartbeat next week and I am hoping and praying everyday that I hear one.
Good luck to you with your twins!! So exciting :)

You will be having all kinds of strange creaks and aches. You are totally fine.
During my first pregnancy (I was in much better shape than most people) I would have excruciating pains across my abdomen. I was told it was my muscles stretching and actually tearing because I was so fit. Which is exactly what it felt like. Thanks to all of that tearing I have never looked the same. My little guy was well worth it though.

It happens when a person suffers from cough or sneeze and becomes mandatory to visit a doctor to get cured.
