What kind of stories do you like most?

Personally, I'm a huge fan of science fiction. If it's weird and unrealistic I love it!

However, specifically, I love fiction that deals with other worlds (universes, dimensions, realities...whatever you want to call it). Stories that have people from one world enter another, or objects that come from another world that changes someone's life forever. Books like:

"The Chronicles of Narnia", by C.S. Lewis

"His Dark Materials", by Philip Pullman

"The Circle Trilogy", by Ted Dekker

"A Wrinkle in Time", by Madeleine L'Engle

I even like books that give the reader a new "world" to live in. Books that have a completely new system of living, weather it be another planet, or our own with a twist. Books like:

"Harry Potter", by J.K.Rowling

"The Lord of the Rings", by J. R. R. Tolkien

"the Seven Sleeper Series", by Gilbert Morris.

In other words, I like books that take me from this reality, and bring me to a completely different one!

I like mainly science fiction books that involve other universes and other unfathomable things [A Wrinkle in Time!], but sometimes if the book is good, fantasy is okay too. I also love romance [as long as it has some of the former or is forbidden]

I haven't found any pirate books worthy of reading, but those might also be interesting...

I've been into mysteries lately. I am currently reading the book Eye Contact. I don't remember the author's name though, and I don't have the book with me to check.

And as for your tastes, well they're your tastes. So what if they are different? Love what you love, and be happy in your own little book world. Just wanted to say that. : )

o... i love them all!!!! but i most certainly love books that have romance on it, but with a twist. I have always been a sucker for forbidden love and i actually cry when i read it! any type of book is fine with me as long there is some romance and im not talking about the usual provocative kind of stuff for adults. Im talking about the sweet and nice ones y'know. Like it's sooo innocent but they just know its true love and they'll do anything for it.

Alien books are fun to read, because it makes me feel like I'm not the only living thing in the universe...

Also, books involving realistic people and plots are cool too. I can relate to them a lot more.

Mystery

I like love stories, but I like them when there is adventure/danger in it, too. Not just boy meets girl and they live happily ever after. I also like period pieces too though. I love books set in the late 1800s/ early 1900s.

My very first actual kiss became in pre-ok lol on an analogous time as each and every person became taking a nap I sneaked out of the construction with some female i became fidgeting with in the previous and went to the area of the college and placed her back on the wall and kissed her lol i did no longer understand what i became doing. i became soo little
