Why is the USA & UK going Marxist. Is the USA & UK Now turning Too Marxism?

Looking at some past and most definitely recent events. It appears to the world the USA is now turning to what the UK has already become. the UK now has in all but name: a totalitarian/ communist government. leaning very heavily towards marxist Leninist ideals. Our photos are taken approximately 40 times per day while out of your home, We are watched every minute every part of our lives is intruded upon by big brother, Our vote voice in no longer heard, our vote only count in a General election. I could go on and on as most of you lining in the UK would understand.

friends from the USA now more and more complaining of their lost Voice, Rights and freedoms under the patriot act. Often n in speeches we hear the US presidents speak and mention of right thinking people, In one quote from Bush he stated ,"Right thinking Americans do not need fear the government". The same sentiment is expressed in the UK. We must all fear what we say or think out load, or face charges. now there is Movee to legislate the control of freeSpeechh.

Is What i am asking true or am i not seeing my Vote and right eroded before my eyes. you tell me

read this larticle for a former Communist Marxist nation and its warnings of the pitfalls

The irony of this article appearing in the English edition of Pravda (Russian newspaper) defies description. Why can a Russian newspaper print the following yet the American media can't/won't see it? Is this as frightening to you as it is to me? What knid of America are we leaving to our children and grandchildren? Thoughts? Sheri

American Capitalism Gone With A Whimper

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American descent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.

True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years... The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists.

Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather than the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas than the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their "right" to choke down a McDonalds burger or a Burger King burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our "democracy". Pride blind the foolish.

Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different "branches and denominations" were for the most part little more than Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more than happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the "winning" side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the "winning" side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy Orthodox churches are scandalously liberalized in America .

The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America 's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more than another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Weimar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.

These past two weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, losses, and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These make our Russian oligarchs look little more than ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we congratulate them?

These men, of course, are not an elected panel but made up of appointees picked from the very financial oligarchs and their henchmen who are now gorging themselves on trillions of American dollars, in one bailout after another. They are also usurping the rights, duties, and powers of the American congress (parliament). Again, congress has put up little more than a whimper to their masters.

Then came Barack Obama's command that GM's (General Motors) president step down from leadership of his company. That is correct, dear reader, in the land of "pure" fr

I have to say to those who still have not opened their eyes that the old style marxism is not practised by the UK and US, they are still marxist but a new style. The new marxism is not based on economic terms - this is what enables them to pose as centre parties while been extremists because people see marxism as economic and based on traditiona economicl classes. The new marxism is known as cultural marxism or communitarianism based on the teachings of the Frankfurt school, this is where political correctness stems from. They have performed a revolution directly into our thinking by using this and social engineering till we take cultural marxist ideas as the norm. They use 1984 and brave new world as their instruction manual

So you are correct in a way and they are correct if they still want to see marxism in economic terms - an idea the new marxists have abandoned

Wherever you see political correctness you see cultural marxism - the liblabcon party in the UK are all therefore cultural marxists, though Labour more so.

George Osborne the conservative shadow chasncellor was recently invited to give a speech to the "formerly" (i.e still marxist but now culturally instead of economically) think tank DEMOS started by common purpose communitarian Julia Middleton.

Blairs "education education education" promise was never about educating youngsters in the 3 r"s - it was a coded word to conference about indoctrinating and socially engineering youngsters and us all with subtle social engineering below their radar till everyone thought cultural marxism was normal. They have done a great job. Especially in indoctrinating youngsters by bringing communitarian ideas into all subjects of the curriculum.

That is most definitely not happening in the UK. The Labour party got into power in 1997 by moving to the right and abandoning some of their more socialist ideas. The UK is a lot less Marxist or socialist than it was before 1979 when Thatcher became PM, and the Labour Party is now just another centre-right party. Industries and services that were nationalised before 1979 have not been renationalised by Labour - trains, gas, telecoms, etc. are now all private companies and this represents a big step away from socialism.

Also, during Labour's 13 years in government, the income gap between the richest and the poorest has actually increased. Under a strict socialist or communist society, the gap would have decreased significantly.

You could argue that the UK is becoming more authoritarian though. We've seen a huge increase in the use of CCTV and police are allowed to keep people in custody for longer without trial (Ant-terrorism laws.) On the flip side to that is the Freedom of Information Act, which has allowed people in the UK to obtain much more information about what is happening in government and public bodies.

What is it with all you people who seem to have Communism and Socialism on the brain but have nothing in the way of knowledge about these two totally different ideologies? Your rant was nonsense and I bet a dollar to a cent that you have little or no knowledge about Marx, Lenin or Stalin or other Communist leaders such as Mao and Castro or the mindset of these people. How you can possibly compare Obama to any of these despots is beyond the imagination. Open your eyes, and read some historical facts before coming back with your fictitious ridiculous accusations. I'm seriously beginning to wonder about the mentality of a lot of Americans who frighteningly share your pathetic vision of today's modern world.

You evidently do not understand what Marxism is. The UK is NOT a marxist society - Marxism is primarily an economic idea, one that the UK does not follow, and nor does the USA. Marxism is nothing to do with religion, or free speech, Marxism is economics!

You evidently don't understand your own question, so why ask it?

If you think your vote counts for nothing, and you don't like the government and the policies that were democratically chosen by the people of this country, then leave...there's nothing stopping you.

I don't think that other countries would completely abandon the USA. There is an "unspoken" pressure to stay committed to each other & governments negotiate back & forth, in order to keep allies within their fight. If one country abandoned another country, they know the consequences of reciprocation if they were to be in need of help. Canada, I think, isn't abandoning the US. The costs are horrendous for military funding & Canada simply just doesn't have the $$$ backing that the US has, to keep up with fighting wars. The intent is there, the money is NOT.

I would say the UK has been copying the USA's soulless extreme capitalist self-responsibility I'm alright Jack pull the ladder up philosophy for years. We have lost any left-wing politics. Our so called labour party are simply another version of capitalism. We are photographed and controlled not through marxist values, but by capitalist ones.

Even Russia is about capitalist billionaires nowadays.

The ones who fought the king in 1776 are still here. They have been sleeping, but are waking. Their mood has been soured. The politicians are corrupt. The system has been hijacked. The ones sent to represent their constituents now represent "big" money while they steal from the people. They created a class of slave voters to keep them in office. They are bankrupting the world which will lead to another world war.

    Source(s): It's 1775, I hope they listen before we reach 1776.

our leaders are honestly working to try to keep our countries afloat......poor decisions and too much military and welfare spending have taken a toll as does outsourcing jobs to other countries and importing more than we are exporting. I voted for Ross Perot with good reason-i knew Bill Clinton was after sex and power and he is not even an American citizen as far as I am concerned.

Source(s): Bill Clinton can shove is Nobel Peace Prize up his a$$-he helped create war
