Cathay Pacific Airways
They were 2009 Airline of the Year by Skytrax, and for good reason. Superb service (I timed their flight attendants - they showed up within a minute of my pushing the button), great food (rivals some food on the ground), and great entertainment (StudioCX is AVOD and packed with movies, games, and music).
Connections are in Hong Kong - the world's best airport.

JetBlue Airways whenever possible. I've flown on over 30 airlines and they always treat me the best. Second would be Virgin America, but their staff is not the nicest to me. I'd catch a greyhound before I fly U.S. Airways, Continental, or United (untied)...

I like continental they give u lunnch or a meal but some frontier has indivisual t.v that show u were ur atn a lot of room also delta is nice nroom
