Will this finally silence the connies that say Obama has raised taxes?
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Tax-Day-rhetoric-asi...
Clearly states that taxes are lower for Americans since Obama took office. Are we still going to hear the republicans spout all the lies about how Obama has raised taxes? Or will they find some other way to try and scare us all?
but Americans are paying lower taxes this year, even with increases passed by many states to balance their budgets. Don't expect it to last.
This is in the first paragraph. Perhaps the people telling me to read the article, should read it themselves. Taxes are lower on the federal level than the states. That was done by Obama. Suck it up Connies.

No, now they are going to say the taxes are too high on the wealthy and it's not fair for them and that we should have a flat tax. They are saying that we have to raise taxes to make up for the spending, without acknowledging that this has already been done. What I find even funnier is how Obama is taxing them at what Reagan taxed them at, and they're still complaining about how they're 'so high and it's unfair'. Funny how they weren't complaining back then isn't it? They will mislead people into thinking that this is a good idea to further their own agenda, without people realizing that this will only further the difference between the haves and the have-nots.
I think Franklin Roosevelt put it best: "The first truth is that the liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism—ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power."

If you look at the growth of spending by the government and the desperate search for new revenue to fund the spending you will see that tax increases of one kind or another will be needed. The expiration of the Bush tax cuts constitutes an increase.

I'm not sure who "connies" are, please use the full descriptive names of those whom you disagree with, but Republicans can claim whatever they wish to claim as long as it is backed up by fact. In Congress it is hard to spot any rise in taxes as most are well hidden due to the fact that no legislator, party, or faction wants to look like they are doing so. As of this moment neither party is completely innocent of using the "scare tactic." The Democratic Party uses it just as much as they Republicans do. If you don't believe it just read any left leaning article and it will show an attempt to produce a negative response from you over the tactics of "the other guys." It is the same for right leaning articles as well.

Read YOUR Article all this does is PROVE REPUBLICANS RIGHT.
In the next few years, however, many can expect to pay more. Some future increases were enacted as part of Obama's health care overhaul. And former President George W. Bush's tax cuts expire in January. Obama and the Democrats want to renew only some of them, thus raising taxes for individuals making more than $200,000 and couples making more than $250,000.
Man Democrats are dumb

I wonder how much of those figures counted tax "credits" to people who payed NO taxes to begin with. Lets assume you had 10 people in your country & only 5 payed taxes and your "government" raked in $1,000. If the government takes $500 of that $1,000 and gives it to the 5 people that didn't pay taxes to begin with, then the stats would indicate "government had lowered taxes". Well let me call B.S. on that..the 5 people that payed taxes saw none of their taxes lowered.

They are not saying he raised taxes. They are saying that taxes will have to be increased because of the spending. Read it again. Nice try.
Taxes are high for anyone who makes over 100K. It's a fact. What you don't seem to understand is they virtually confiscate as much as they can from anyone who has it, and the Left does not care that Real Taxpayers still have to work all those additional clients so the entitlement crowd can have more for themselves and leave the office at 5 pm.

NO.......Obama plans to lie his azz off to get elected. if he unearths a collection of human beings in want he supplies them money for his or her plight and he gets their votes. they have no concept what he certainly has plans for usa of america and it can't be enormously.... Wow. Democrats don’t even attempt to hide it anymore. Former Senator bill Bradley proposed elevating taxes on all individuals no longer basically millionaires to pay off Barack Obama’s record deficits.
