What to do on day off from workout?
Alright, so usually every day I run about 3 miles under 20 minutes, and do about 20 minutes of ab workouts. So my question is.. On my day off, should I or do I do anything today like just a little workout Or just relax and hit the hay? According to my pedometer, I walked about 3 miles today and have done nothing significant excercise wise. Also this is my first day off in like five days and I ate pretty healthy today.
