Well, there's your theme! Start Googleing everything from the 80's...the music, the trivia, the clothing, the food...movie posters and movies! Even games. Popular colors for decor in the 80's were mauve and blue....(toward the latter part anyway)

Get a disco ball...strobe lights, eat, dance, play a couple games and have fun. Get some balloons and streamers up, too.....hang up old record albums and/or album covers (thrift shop has them). Have a dance contest...prizes for most outrageous outfit, etc.

How about you make everyone dress up in 80's style clothing and buy a few 80's CDs and buy a cheap disco ball and other decor from a $1 store that looks goddy and 80's!! You and your friends can have a dance party to some 80's and then vote for the best 80s look of all of your friends. Then you can watch some movies from the 80's! :)

ok....not sure if ur like aloud to have like guys over or anything....but if u r u could have a party with 80's music.....u can fool around and do the disco......play other random music and stuff......and take everyone on a trip to ur local park or something.
