They sell plenty of tortillas, both flour and corn in Bangkok at places like Villa Markets which have many locations in Bangkok, most Topps markets and places like Carrefour and Foodland sell them as well. The Villa Market on Sukhumvit near Soi 33 has a good selection of Mexican food items. They sell both imported and locally made packaged crispy taco shells and locally made flat flour and corn soft tortillas. I'm not sure about the prices, but they aren't expensive.

They also sell taco seasonings and other Mexican food items like salsa and enchilada sauces at some of the branches.

Corn tortillas are almost impossible to find.I only know of Food world or Donna's Farang foods to have them and they are expensive and the stores are rare.Flour tortillas can be found and the same places, also including Tesco or Macro sometimes. You can't make corn tortillas from scratch here because the is no masa harina here and the bags that say corn flour on them do not contain corn flour they contain corn starch. But finally they do have Doritos at Tesco now.You can buy taco shells at any Tesco but shake the box first to make sure they are not in a 1000 pieces. They did fly along way. Also, don't be too let down by Mexican food here.I mean a Mexican restaurant owned a German or an Irish man in Thailand is not going to be authentic.Example;Bratwurst burritos with a lump guacamole the size of a dime.

Source(s): I live here and miss real Mexican food.

I live here in Thailand now, I am from San Diego, CA and Mexican myself...and yes I do know Mexican food.

My family has a lot of restaurants in CA, NV, AZ, NM, WA, and OR all on the west coast.

But I will tell you the best, and I mean the best flour tortillas I have ever had are right here in Thailand.

The lady who runs the place is from Mexico, just give her a call and she can tell you where you can buy her food at...she is super nice....http://www.elcharromexthai.com/index.php

One more thing,...The flour tortillas are not fully cooked, and this is great to heat them on the open flame stove.

They DO sell tortillas. I just bought flour ones (frozen) at Friendship market in Pattaya for 49 baht for a dozen.

Corn tortillas are more expensive, also frozen.

Villa carries them, Central &, Paragon should also have them in stock. Foodland also has them in the frozen section.

I think that if you want tortillas in Thailand you are going to have to make your own and/or teach a thai cook how to make them for you.
