Are there non-Torah-Submissive Messianic Jews?

I'm curious: in many listings for Messianic Jewish/Believers' websites, there's usually a section for "Torah-Submissive/Observant" believers. Does that mean there are "non-Torah-Submissive/Observant" believers?

Anyone care to give me an example?

Thank you!

Anyone who is considered Messianic even as just a general term, is Torah observant.
