privet means its privet to public so you can make another account make it look likes its some other guy and make friends with her, then you can view everything.

I agree with bushy. Also the court can make a court order to view facebook profile even if it is private.
Also if you need a lawyer on a slidding scale because you don't have money then contact the state bar for attorneys and they will give you a list of attorneys that work with low income people.
