Question about paternity testing with twins?

Actually Identical twins will have the exact same DNA so what you are saying will work. It might cause a family issue for you to go behing your brother-in-laws back though.

Are you sure they are identical twins? They could be twins and not be identical just look a lot alike like brothers. If they are identical twins they will have the same dna if not they they won't. I understand that you and your husband want to help and all but its really not your place to step in. If your brother-in-law says the kid isn't his then maybe its not but it should be settled between him and the girl who had the kid.

Talk to the DNA place. Explain that you are trying to determine if the child is biologically related to your husband, who is the twin of the purported father. It will help with the findings to give them the facts.

I think the fact that you brother in law won't take the test is proof enough that he thinks the child is his.

If you have your husband take the test, all your bil will say is that it's your husband's baby!

if she wants to know if he is the father or not, all she has to do is go to court and file for a paternity test.he will be required to take it and lawyers do NOT need to be involved.

No they have different blood types no matter what. If someone got killed, They need blood evidence. No one has the same blood type, not even twins
