High WBC and Low MPV?

Just had blood work done for the 1st time and all was in the normal range except for a high WBC of 13.0 and a low MPV of of 6.0. The Dr. noted no significant abnormalities found but should I make a follow up appointment to ask what the 'abnormal' counts mean?

Update:

Colors - the results were mailed to me - not given to me by the Dr.

Dude:why didn't you ask this when the Dr told you the results of your blood work?

Now you need to go back again:a waste of the Dr's and your time:not that smart
