Is this a healthy dinner?

I had some tuna salad (salad mix, some lime juice, SPRINKLE of parmesean cheese, and some tuna) and I had some brown rice.

    as long as there wasn't too much mayo in the salad mix

    brown rice and fish are both really good for you though

    VERY healthy. You had lean protein and brown rice is a nice addition.
