best desktop for $650?

would like 8gb memory and 1tb hard drive looking at a dell intell core 2 duo processor e 7500 computer (at best buy)   suggestions?

I always like to build my own computer...then you can choose the strengths of what you want and what you dont want to spend all your money on instead of just pre-built computers that you cant choose parts for
